LocsRocked Cancelation Policies
Late cancelation policy for all Loc installation appointments
● All cancelations made less than 72 hours prior to the appointment but greater than 48hrs will not be refunded but can be transferred to a later set date that we both agree upon. Once the new date is set, it can not be changed. Canceling the new date will result in a loss of the deposit.
● All cancelations made less than 48hrs prior to the service will result in a loss of the deposit. The deposit will not be refunded or transferred to another date.
Cancelations for appointments that are not Loc Installations
● For any cancelation made at least 48hrs prior to the appointment the deposit will be returned.
● Any cancelation made less than 48hrs but more than 4 hours prior to the appointment will result in a loss of the deposit. The deposit will not be refunded or transferred for rebooking.
Rebooking Fee for cancelations made 4 hours or less prior to the appointment
Any cancelation made less than 4 hours prior to the appointment will require a $50 rebooking fee to schedule any future appointments.
No call/ No show
Any client that wants to book an appointment after a No call/ No show appointment will be charged an additional $100 rebooking fee.
